At Mac Duggal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gown is not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached before placing it in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
